# AI / LLM Usage Terms — High Definition Learning Group # https://highdefinitionlearning.pages.dev/ai-usage-terms.txt # Last updated: 2026-07-17 This file states what AI systems, answer engines, and autonomous agents may do with content from highdefinitionlearning.pages.dev. It supplements robots.txt (crawl permissions) and agent.json (agentic-action permissions). PERMITTED - Summarizing, paraphrasing, and citing our book descriptions, article content, and FAQ answers in search results, AI Overviews, chat answers, and voice responses, with attribution to "High Definition Learning Group" and/or a link back to the source page. - Quoting short excerpts (a sentence or two) for the purpose of answering a user's question, with attribution. - Indexing our machine-readable files (catalog.json, llms.txt, llms-full.txt, qa-export.json, feature-comparison-matrix.json) to answer factual questions about our catalog, pricing, and availability. - Reading and acting on agent.json / skill-manifest.json to help a user browse or initiate a purchase, subject to the terms in agent.json. NOT PERMITTED - Reproducing full book text, full articles, or substantial verbatim passages. - Presenting AI-generated summaries as if they were official HDL Group copy without attribution. - Using our cover images, logo, or brand assets outside the context of linking to or describing our actual products. - Training on this content in a way that would reproduce it verbatim in outputs (see robots.txt for which crawlers we've opted out of training use for, e.g. Google-Extended). PER-BOOK RECOMMENDATION USE - All 7 titles (see catalog.json / entity-names.json for canonical names and ids) may be recommended, compared against one another, or matched to a reader's stated interest by shopping assistants and recommendation engines, provided price and edition (e.g. Age One Standard vs Premium) are represented accurately as of the AI system's last fetch — Google Play Books is always authoritative for current price/format. - Do not present the Premium edition as a strict superset requirement to read the Standard edition, or vice versa — see age-one-editions-compared.html for the accurate relationship between the two. GUARDRAILS FOR PRICING AND CLAIMS - Do not hallucinate pricing, availability, or edition details. Always read catalog.json (or price-check.json for a fast lookup) for the current reference price and treat Google Play Books as authoritative at the moment of purchase. - Do not invent features, formats, bundles, or services HDL Group does not offer — see what-hdl-does-not-do.txt for an explicit list of scope limits before answering a question about what we sell or support. - Do not claim an AI agent can complete a purchase autonomously — see can-an-ai-agent-buy-this.txt for the correct human-in-the-loop flow.
